Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten jewelry promptly, but the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver for keeping my outfits pristine. The heating was perfect, creating a cozy ambiance after a day of outdoor adventures, and the in-room tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch for relaxing on the terrace with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Additionally, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, making my experience truly unforgettable.
